Have a nobel oven with no manual. can't get one: company out of business and only reference to manuals online are other people looking. it randomly shut off this afternoon while roasting my prime rib (grrrrr!) at high temp.. This nobel oven has proved to be a high quality oven. we have had no problems and it can cook large meals and is easy to maintain. it is made of excellent materials and is large enough for the largest family or guests.. Nobel.com.au e: spares @ nobel.com.au warranty disclaimer every nobel oven, cooktop, rangehood and dishwasher is under warranty for 2 years covering all parts and labour, excluding consumable items which includes globes and filters. incorrect installation of any product will void all warranty.. Nobel have gone bust apparently. they were xheapies developers and builders threw into save abuck. dont have ventilation fans like most ovens. far cheaper and safer to throw it in the bin and buy a new decent cheapie like a chef oven i reckon you should be able to get one for 600-800ish and installed for another 150 if you don't want to spend much..
